Commission Policy:

Sales & Purchases: 2% + VAT (24%) per side, with a minimum charge of €1,500

Residential Rentals: 50% of one month’s rent + VAT from both landlord and tenant.

Commercial Rentals: One month’s rent + VAT from each party
